The previous rusty air cleaner was interfering, and the air cleaner itself was crooked, but this one seems fine. By the way, I heard that the carburetor had been overhauled, and it was clean when I opened it. It should probably be fine. Another thing to be careful about is compression. There are no photos, but it's about 600kPa. I thought it was low, but it seems like that's about right. So I think it's probably fine. There's no reason it won't start again! So, kick it.
